As soon as the elevator “dings,” Helly also transitions into Helena before it heads back up.
When the elevator reaches the severed floor again, it is Helena who remains conscious and not Helly.
Owing to this,Helena Eagan witnesses Mark save her life.
However, as theSeveranceseason 1 scene implies, her feelings for Mark stem from something deeper.
