Perhaps Greg will give a shot to kill Belinda or threaten to hurt her son, Zion.
Perhaps none of these characters will end up dying inThe White Lotusseason 3.
A new theory suggests thatGreg may venture to pay Belinda offinstead of trying to harm her.
