The fact that the camera focuses on the liquid for a few seconds suggests that it holds significant meaning.
Interestingly,similar bottles also appear in a scene fromSeveranceseason 2’s opening credits.
This would explain why Mark also takes a few pills before sipping on the white substance.
Reghabi must have created the concoction for Mark to either enhance the reintegration or curb its symptoms.
