Gio took Deb to Bimini, in the Bahamas, on a “business” trip.
Deb quickly found out, however, that Gio’s idea of business involved smuggling something in his boat.
Luckily, it’s fairly easy to infer what Gio was smuggling.
Throughout the show, Gio has been shown to live a lavish lifestyle that was probably funded through crime.
