The Handmaid’s Tale’s final season kicks off this week, bringing the harrowing dystopian series to a close, which has long expanded past the framework of Margaret Atwood’s celebrated standalone novel to tell its own story of oppression and the fight against it.The Handmaid’s Taleseason 5’s endingleft audiences with many cliffhangers and questions, perhaps the most noteworthy of which is what alliance June (Elisabeth Moss) and Serena Joy (Yvonne Strahovski) may now have.

Against the backdrop of the Gilead and Canada’s relations, June is still drawn to Nick (Max Minghella), while she and Luke are still separated from their daughter Hannah (Jordana Blake), long trapped in Gilead’s system.
Moreover,the Handmaids still in Gilead are planning their own attack,all playing into the hopefully cathartic finale that we will all witness very soon.

Different Timezomes Can Stream The Handmaid’s Tale Earlier
The Handmaid’s Taleseason 6’s premiere will consist of the first three episodes of the final season, which will release this Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
Per the show’s schedule, the episodes become available as soon as this day starts, which means they will drop on Hulu at 12 a.m. Eastern Time on April 8.
However, this also means that those on Pacific Time can technically jump into the episodes on April 7, as they will arrive at 9 p.m. on the West Coast of the United States.The Handmaid’s Taleis a Hulu original, but can also be watched on Disney+with the Disney Bundle option.
