Virgin River
Warning!
This post contains SPOILERS for Virgin River.
In self-defense, Paige pushed Wes, sending him down the stairs and ultimately (accidentally) killing him.
Brie Sheridan, Jack’s sister, acts as his lawyer.
Unsurprisingly, Jack defends Preacher to the utmost degree, swearing to his friend’s honor.
Evidently, this is enough to cast doubt in the minds of the jury.

Six jurors found Preacher guilty, and six did not.
In the end, that is precisely what happened.
While on the stand,Preacher decided that telling the truth was the best course of action.
A television adaptation of the romantic novel series from Robyn Carr, Virgin River sees nurse practitioner Melinda Monroe accepting a new job in the titular northern California town to escape her past. But Melinda’s small-town expectations are checked when she realizes that adjusting to this new and straightforward way of life is a tricky balancing act - with the possibility of new love on the horizon.
This turn of events was great news for Preacher, but it could spell trouble for Paige.
Whether she does or not, this page is likely closed for Preacher.
