Conquest survived the infection, although he was weakened.
While in his weakened state, Conquest found himself facing off against the Rognarr.
Although Conquest escaped the Rognarr alive, he wasn’t unscathed.
DuringMark and Conquest’s fight, Mark manages to punch through Conquest’s cybernetic arm, destroying it.
This left Conquest with only one good arm, giving Mark a massive leg up during the fight.
This could have completely turned the tide of the battle, allowing Conquest to win the fight.
