If Victoria had not interrupted Tim, he would have been seconds away from making his vision a reality.
Just because he was interrupted does not mean that these feelings will go away.
Victoria mentions that Piper will not want to live in Thailand without the comforts of her family’s money.

Herein lies the symbolism of Timothy’s second vision.
In a way, Timothy shooting Victoria alongside himself is a form of mercy in his mind.
Timothy does ask about Piper, before asking the monk what happens after humans die.
The monk tells Tim that every birth is a water droplet that shoots out from the vast ocean beneath.
Is Tim Actually Going To Die In The White Lotus Season 3?
For that reason, I think Tim will live past the season’s conclusion.
