“The Well” revealed more about the monster than “Midnight” ever did.
Doctor Whoseason 4 never explicitly explained why the planet in question was called Midnight.
It would make more sense if Midnight was named because of how the monster hunts.
Instead, it would make more sense if Midnight was named because of how the monster hunts.
A creature that old and twisted has no obvious weaknesses the Doctor can exploit.
Unfortunately for the universe, the Doctor appears powerless to do anything about that.
