As such, Houses eventual successor was probably going to be one of those three.
House was trying to prevent Foreman from quitting, which made Chases firing even more surprising.
Rather than keeping Foreman, House was apparently making things worse by firing Chase out of the blue.
Once Chase left the team, they were now equals.
Chase wasnt afraid to make mistakes, and that is why he was the perfect replacement for House.
Foreman did share a lot of traits with House but did not perceive that as something good.

Still, its difficult to deny that House did influence Chase in a lot of ways.
