Mark first talked to Reghabi after he answered a call from her on Petey’s phone.
Although Mark did not know her, Reghabi instantly recognized his voice and asked him to meet her.
Before parting ways, she even said they would finish what Petey started.
This explains why she tells him Gemma might still be alive and encourages him to reintegrate.
