Reghabi appears inSeveranceseason 2, episode 3 as Mark sits in his car attempting to burn his retinas.
This begs the question of how Irving got a message to his Innie, yet Mark could not.
What this does not answer, however, is how Outie Irving knows that his Innie received the message.
This likely links to the mysterious person Irving was calling, who is potentially even an ally of Reghabi.
