Milchick also makes her realize the seriousness of her role in Lumon by making her smash her beloved game.

He claims that he once saw Kier in Helena, but now struggles to see the same.

He only drove people to Lumon but always knew that the company was doing something wrong.

He feels guilty because he served as a facilitator of Lumon’s wrongdoings.

He also realizes that by telling him about his past association with Lumon, Burt is risking his life.

To keep him driven, Milchick realized that he would have to make him meet his wife, Gretchen.

His occasional meetings with Gretchen became the highlight of his life as he gradually fell for her.

Gretchen, too, made him feel hopeful when she kissed him.

Unfortunately, Dylan’s outie was not pleased when Gretchen told him that she had kissed his innie.

As a result, Gretchen decided to discontinue the meetings.

Severance

Therefore, he decided to end his existence by writing a resignation letter.

Whether his resignation will be granted inSeveranceseason 2’s finale will depend entirely on his outie.
