Even after eight years,theres no consensus about what Hi Give Ghost is supposed to be.
Hi Five Ghost married a human woman, Celia, and their son was a ghost like his father.
Hi Five Ghost was shown to be a ghost as a baby, suggesting he was born like that.

Additionally, he has a brother, Low Five Ghost, who is also a ghost.
Unfortunately, this wasnt the case for Hi Five Ghost.
That said,Hi Five Ghost can be a hilarious character and deserves more love in the new series.
