Some of the changesBridgertonmakes to the books are not for the better.

The show’s interpretation of the Sharma familyincluding their reconciliationis a disservice to Kate and Edwina’s relationship.

However, the narrative inTo Sir Phillip, With Lovedepends entirely on villainizing Marina.

Bridgerton

Simon and Gareth’s actions are questionable but not unsalvageable.

However, the other fiveBridgertonmale protagonists commit despicable acts that the show should never include.

Thankfully,Bridgertonhas done an excellent job of removing these problematic issues.

Colin would never hurt anyone, let alone the person he loves.

Michael becoming Michaela eliminates that horrendous scene inWhen He Was Wicked.

Benedict’s season has not aired yet, but it is unlikely that he will harass Sophie.
