The similarity of the two roles gives Keira Knightley a chance to redeemBoston Strangler’s mixed response from critics and audiences.
While Knightley’s performance, along with that of Carrie Coon, was praised by some reviewers, others found the movie lackluster given how riveting the true story was.
Additionally, one of the biggest problems with the movie was that there were some factual inaccuracies that altered the story too far.
Boston Strangler changed the timeline of some events and saw Knightley and Coon’s characters in situations that were not entirely accurate.
Given thatThe Woman in Cabin 10is not based on a true story, there is no chance that it could run into the same problem, andKeira Knightley has already proven herself adept at playing the detective.
