For one, Oliver’s powers manifest at a much younger age than they did for Mark.
The next hint that Oliver is stronger than Mark comes inInvincibleseason 3’s fight with the Mauler Twins.
Oliver is left with the Maulers and quickly dispatches them after being initially overpowered.
Oliver kills the two with ease, much like Omni-Man was shown to do to many people inInvincibleseason 1.

Via these scenes, hints that Oliver’s strength outweighs Mark’s are found.
This may indicate that Oliver already has Mark beaten where strength is concerned.
Is Oliver Stronger Than Mark In The Invincible Comics?
Regarding raw, pure strength, however, Oliver will likely continue remaining second fiddle to Mark.
