In both versions, a younger Cecil is sent on a mission to stop two supervillain terrorists.
However, the difference comes in who rescued him.
In theInvincibleTV show, Cecil is rescued from his mission by some nameless GDA soldiers.
However, in theInvinciblecomics, Cecil is rescued by a character named Brit.
Brit is arguablyInvincible’s most recurring Image Comics crossover character, with him appearing alongside Cecil constantly.

There are plenty of times that Brit could have appeared in Prime Video’sInvincible.
Sadly, it just hasn’t happened yet.
