Cobra Kai is a sequel series continuing the narrative of the Karate Kid saga, set 30 years after the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament. It focuses on Johnny Lawrence seeking redemption by reopening the Cobra Kai dojo, reigniting his rivalry with Daniel LaRusso, who strives to maintain balance in his life.

Now, Da-Eun is suddenly showing signs of concern and hesitation inCobra Kaiseason 6.

This really came out of nowhere.

I wouldn’t mind thatCobra Kaihas changed gears with Kim Da-Eun’s character if she had a good reason.

Perhaps she saw something that made her doubt the cruelty of her teachings.

Or, maybe there was a conversation with Tory that planted the seed of redemption.

That’s all part of the beauty of this somewhat outrageous series.

Still,villain redemption is what this series does best.

The problem is thatCobra Kaididn’t have time to ease this character into a more sympathetic position.

Now that Tory has returned to Cobra Kai dojo for the Sekai Taikai, the ball is effectively rolling.
