White stated that Chelsea being killed as a repercussion of Rick’s revenge quest typifies this style of tragedy.

Amor fati means that people need to embrace their fate, good or bad.
In a way, Chelseas fate sums this up as she could not escape death.
The primary reason for this is that Chelsea has rarely been shown as anything other than good.
