These ten movies in particular simply never get old for me.
Turn your brain off and enjoy two legends punching each other across the neon face of Hong Kong.
It’s one of the strongest movies from the beloved Heisei Era, and eminently rewatchable.
It’s a semi-convoluted story but fun nevertheless, and the monster battles are simply on-point throughout.
There’s a lot to absorb and unpack, making this movie an excellent candidate for rewatches.
It’s one I keep coming back to when I get the itch for that distinct darker Heisei edge.
