While Henry is confused and intrigued, he says the police are already en route to the house.
Victor’s father then tells Tabitha that she needs to follow him to the basement.
Henry puts his gun away, dismisses the police, and even makes Tabitha something to eat.

The bedroom is like an untouched mausoleum.
Although Kenny is agitated, he eventually agrees that they should spend the night in one of the cottages.
Overjoyed, they bring what they can to the Township, which is experiencing a food shortage.
From is a series revolving around a mysterious American town that ensnares newcomers, forcing its inhabitants to maintain order and find an escape amidst nighttime perils from the surrounding forest. The residents face threats from terrifying creatures emerging after sunset, complicating their struggle for survival.
Sadly,the excitement is cut short when Boyd shares the news of Tian-Chen’s death.
At first, she doesn’t want to share the news with anyone not even Ellis.

Needing some good news, Donna suggests that the impossible can be joyful too.

Once she returns to Colony House, Fatima lingers on the porch to chat with some other residents.
One of them explains that they’re looking through the rotten crops to create a compost pile.
However, what happens next is even more shocking.
Bing-Qian had been living at the Clinic because of his worsening dementia.
As a result, Kenny takes the loss very hard, feeling somewhat responsible for Bing-Qian’s tragic fate.
Of course, this makes Tian-Chen’s death even sadder.
When she doesn’t, Kenny runs into the diner to have a moment alone.
This prompts an angry Kenny to smash the jukebox to pieces.
Kenny can’t deal with the last image of his mother being similarly violent.
During the scene, Sara walks into the room with a blue dress.
The idea was that they’d find outfits for the day they went home.
Close to death, Julie was saved when Boyd found and destroyed the music box once and for all.
While Jim is away, Julie and Ethan are targeted by the monsters and forced to flee their home.
Funnily enough, Sara and Randall (A.J.
Simmons) come to the Matthews siblings' aid.
Instead, Jim needs to step up.
After reprimanding her father for his past and present missteps, Julie winds up thanking Sara for her help.
Obviously, the Matthews family (and the rest of the Township) has avoided her since.
While Julie shows Sara some kindness, she also reveals her deepest fears.
The former deputy has no plans to drink Jade’s newly distilled alcohol.
Instead,Kenny plans to use it as fuel to burn as many monsters as he can.
Eager to seek revenge for his mother’s death, Kenny can’t really be reasoned with.
Boyd seems to recognize this and agrees to help Kenny take the fight to the monsters.
Once the pair arrive at the Tunnels, Kenny loses his nerve a little bit.
Boyd also shares Tian-Chen’s final words, which were all about Boyd looking after Kenny.
Heartbroken, Kenny embraces Boyd and cries.
Kenny spends a moment alone with Tian-Chen before the whole Township gathers for her funeral.
As Ethan points out,Tian-Chen always made everyone feel safe and welcome.
When the funeral ends, Ellis follows his father outside.
However, Boyd isn’t really listening to his son.
Much like Victor,Miranda painted or drew everything that she saw in her prophetic visions.
Tabitha is awed to discover paintings ofFrom’s Boy in Whiteand other familiar touchstones.
Henry explains that Miranda felt it was her duty to save the children who were locked in a tower.
The voice on the line repeated the haunting nursery rhyme and Kenny wound up being burned by a dream-locust.
In some ways, it even echoes his creepy radio tower moment from season 1.
When the phone rings, Jim hesitates before walking across the room to pick up the receiver.
The voice at the other end of the line sounds like a young boy.
