Luckily, they vouch for her, leading to her assailant’s arrest on their arrival in Chicago.
Hopefully, this will be the end of her three-episode streak of being assaulted in some manner.
Before leaving for his train, Spencer speaks to Sheriff William McDowell, whom we know from Montana.

Spencer doesn’t yield, which leads McDowell to prompt Fossett to arrest him.
However, Marshal Fossett states that she won’t arrest Spencer for crimes he has yet to commit.
Will Spencer & Alex Finally Reach Montana In Episode 6?
Spencer is on a train, so he’s the more likely one to arrive in the next episode.
With three episodes to go, it will be interesting to see how1923pans out.
